Processing Times

LPS (Littlest Pet Shop) Orders: All LPS orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order.

Printed on Demand Items (Phone Cases, Pop Sockets, etc.): For items that are printed on demand, including phone cases and pop sockets, please allow 1-10 business days for processing and shipping from the time the order is placed.

Please note that if you ordered a combination of both (LPS and LPS Printed on demand items) your orders' processing times will be 1-10 days from the time the order is placed.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. You will also receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers to ensure your items reach you safely. Shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout, and you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

International Shipping

If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that additional shipping fees and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that packages shipped internationally can take up to three months to arrive depending on the destination. This is to be expected with International packages and you agree to these terms when placing an order with us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We do our best to ensure that your items are packaged securely and dispatched promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including but not limited to delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. (Please make sure to read our Return and Refund policy, as we do cover damages in certain cases.) 

If you encounter any problems with your shipment after it has been handed over to USPS, we recommend that you contact them directly for the best assistance, and possibly the fastest solution. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your package or to report any issues.

Delays

While we strive to meet the specified shipping times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, closings may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
