Returns and Refunds Policy

LPS (Littlest Pet Shops): Please note that returns on LPS  are not accepted.  If your Littlest Pet Shop arrives with any damages, please view below how to contact us.

Phone Cases: Returns or refunds are accepted for phone cases only if the item arrives damaged or broken. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has shipped or within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. 

If you choose to cancel your order for a phone case before shipment, a fee of $6 per case will be deducted from your refund. This is because cases are printed on demand, so once it has been printed, it can not be reversed. 


How to Request a Return, Refund, or Cancellation


For damaged phone cases or LPS: Please email us at lpscollectorshop@gmail.com  with your order number, the name under the order and a photo of the damaged item. 

 To cancel your order:  Please email us at lpscollectorshop@gmail.com  with your order number and the name under your order. If you only want to cancel certain items in the order (for example: you order 2 LPS, want to remove 1, but still keep the other) please specify that within your email.
